Easy to make, tasty and smell, will make you return. Who taste never forget.
Ingridients to 4 persons
4 pieces of codfish
400 gr of small potatoes
4 teeth or garlic
1 dl of olive oil
Salt and pepper
Wash the potatoes with SKIN, after put them in a board, temper with 2 crushed garlic and a dash of olive oil, put the board in the oven at 170° untill they roasted.
Take the onion and the 2 leftover garlic, cut them, roughly the onion and fine the garlic. Put the codfish in a pyrex bowl,the onion and the garlic around the codfish. Use the olive oil all-over the bowl. Use the oven 170° to cook around 12 min.
Take off the potatoes, give a small punch to break them, put them around the codfish and again in oven for more 10 min.
Take off, rectify the salt and pepper and serve.
Whem served i enjoy to use fresh olive oil and new garlic cut fine in my dish.
