309Write - How To Prepare Catfish pepper soup



    500 g catfish
  2. 4 ehu or calabsh nutmeg seedss
  3. chilli pepper
  4. leaves scent
  5. 2 medium onions
  6. 2 table spoon ground crayfish
  7. to taste salt
  8. 2 stock cube

    Wash and cut fish into one inch thick slice. Boil hot water and pour on the fish, stir and remove.the hot water will wash off the stickiness and foul smell.

      1. Add pepper, ehu and onions.
     2. To thicken the soup, i use a little corn flour. i dont like my catfish pepper soup too       watery.
     3.  Add two tablespoon of ground crayfish
     4.  Allow the content of the pot to cook for 10 minutes
     5.  Add the shredded scent leaves and turn off the heat

    Your spicy pepper soup is ready. Serve with agidi, hope you love it
