A simple, easy and tasty rice with cabbage sprouts.
Take a pot with boiler water, put the sprouts inside with salt, whem they cook, take off and reserve. Keep the water!!!
In the same water, put a tea spoon of butter and garlic fine cut, cook the rice, 2 parts of water to a part of rice (i like rice more wet, so i use more half part water), watch the salt.
When the rice is cooked, mixed the sprouts and use a spoon of vinegar.
- Serve with fried fish or grilled meat.
