Roll out the dough and put it in a greased bowl and cover it and leave it in a warm place for an hour. When the dough doubles in size, knead it for a minute and set aside. 5. To make garlic sauce, mix yogurt, parsley and garlic and measure the salt and pepper. 6. Divide the dough into 10 parts. Shape each into an oval and increase its thickness to one-half centimeter. Put the meat stock on it and turn the sides 2-3 cm inwards. Bake the lemongrass for 15-20 minutes at 220. C on the middle layer of the oven and serve with the garlic sauce.
